DIY: RAW SPROUTED BUCKWHEAT GRANOLA! (The best healthy snack ever)

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 3 cups buckwheat
  • one cups sunflower seeds (or any nuts/seeds of choice)
  • 1 cup date paste (approz 20 -25 dates)
  • 1 grated apple
  • handful of organic dried cranberries
  • orange oil
  • Cinnamon, vanilla, pinch of himalayan salt

** if you don’t have dehydrator then you can try baking it in the oven at the lowest temperature!! **

CUSTOMIZE YOUR GRANOLA!!
I make many variations of this granola using different flavours. Use your imagination and come up with a variety of amazing flavour combinations 🙂
