Typically an 85% dark chocolate is only selected by a brave few, while others opt for the sweeter bars. But one saccharine bite into Pascha‘s signature Cacao at any level will have you in awe at how easily edible the bars are. Plagued with the same food allergies as his daughters, Simon Lester founded the luxury chocolate company with the goal of creating a product that was completely allergen-free and safe for anyone to enjoy. The result: delectable bars ranging from 55-85% cacao, some with goldenberries and cacao nibs, and all peanut, nut, dairy, soy, egg, fish, wheat and gluten free. All bars are certified organic, vegan, Fair Trade through farmers in Peru, and free of GMO’s. And Pascha’s success is simply grounded on the concept that “the less you touch a food product, the more you let it take its natural form, the purer and more delicious the taste.” Adding dark chocolate to your diet in moderation will not only curb your appetite for unhealthy snacks but is proven to be a natural antioxidant,  lower blood pressure, increase circulation to the brain for sharper cognitive functioning, and relieve hormones that cause stress.
