The Perfect Balanced Breakfast

If you are like most, your breakfast is grabbed running out the door. An hour later you are starving, reaching for anything to sustain you. Half way through the day you reach exhaustion and find yourself standing in line at the nearest coffee shop. Walking up the stairs back to work is draining. Your mental clarity and focus just aren’t there. Deep down, you know something needs to change. Most likely, you’re not providing your body with the proper nutrition it needs – especially in the morning, and this ultimately sets you up for an entire day of nutrition missteps.

So after lots of trial and error, here is my perfect combination of raw superfoods and nutrition – all blended together to start your day off the right way. This BALANCE & BOOST Smoothie provides the nutrition your body craves to support proper digestion and detoxification, as well as to support your immune system and metabolism. Filled with lots of antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids, phytonutrients, minerals, raw protein and essential fatty acids, this is a delicious way to feel satisfied, lose weight & energize your body.

Our favorite ingredients to blend:

  • 1 package of the ALOHA Daily Good

  • 2 handfuls of organic spinach
  • 1/2 large o
    rganic kale leaves
  • 1/2 frozen organic banana
  • 1 cup frozen organic berries (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry..ect)
  • 1 tsp ground organic chia
  • 1 tsp ground organic flax
  • 1 tsp organic camu camu
  • 1 tsp organic wheatgrass powder (or wheatgrass juice/blue-green algae)
  • 1 tsp organic almond butter
  • 1 tsp organic maca powder
  • 1 tsp organic pomegranate powder
  • 3 tbsp organic hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 Frozen package of organic açaí (or tsp of powder)
  • 2 Cups coconut water/purified water + handful of ice
  • Handful of raw organic nuts/berries (gogi, raw cashew, almond, mulberry..etc pre-soaked in water overnight)
