As an advocate for eco-sustainability and radiant health inside and out, I have certain go-to products I just can’t-live-without. My rebounder is one of them! Jumping in place daily on a rebounder (a small personal ‘mini-trampoline’) is a great way to support lymphatic circulation. Stimulating the lymphatic system is extremely important in detoxifying and cleansing the body. Rebounding puts gravity to work for you with minimum muscular effort!
The lymphatic system is your body’s sewer system. It works by surrounding every cell in the body, gathering up dead cells, heavy metals, minerals and other toxins from the cells and flushing them out of the body. Your lymphatic system is so vital that if it shut down for 24 hours you would die from the toxic build up! This makes it obvious that having a healthy, happy lymph system is critical for your health. Your lymph system does not have it’s own pump to push the lymph fluids around your body. Your blood is pumped by your heart, and your lymph system requires movement in order to keep the blood moving. Maybe you are living in the urban concrete jungle (i.e. NYC) and don’t the space for a mini-trampoline in your living room.

1. Rotating hot and cold showers.
2. Dry brushing.
3. Cardiovascular exercise.
4. Deep breathing and pranayama.
5. Detoxification massage.
6. Essential oils.
